From percussion therapy that alleviates muscle pain, through intensive work with the fascia using the IASTM method and mobilization of the flasks, to rehabilitative flossbanding and reconditioning massages.
Entry to our wellness is 1850 CZK for a 3-hour session, or 1500 CZK for a 2-hour session on weekdays. Vista Members Club members enjoy free SPA access.
